Cancellation / No-Show Policy
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally a No Show fee will apply.
As a courtesy, we email you a reminder as well as text to confirm your appointment. However, if we are unable to reach you please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the no show fee.
1st time Cancellation – It’s on us! No worries .. life sneaks up on us sometimes. Thanks for calling and letting us know you couldn’t make it.
2nd time Cancellation – 50% due. We hate you missed your appointment … As a favor we will only charge you half.
3rd time Cancellation – 100% due. We miss you! But our stylists have been waiting.
No Show with no communication letting us know – 100% due. That’s kinda rude!
